Lou Allen began her career in Audio Post Production over 25 years ago.
She joined Factory in 2007 where she quickly established a production department, leading her to Head of Production. She is extremely proud to have produced some award-winning projects, including Honda ‘Paper’, John Lewis ‘The Long Wait’ Christmas campaign & Aoife McArdle’s feature film, ‘Kissing Candice’.
Whilst Lou is very proud of the work she’s produced over the years, she is equally proud of the unique team she’s helped nurture.
As the Managing Director of both Factory and SIREN, Lou remains energized by the diverse and innovative projects across the two companies.
She is passionate about continuing to nurture and support the talented teams.
Lou is also deeply committed to ensuring the companies operate in a responsible and sustainable way, with a strong emphasis on positively impacting the wider community.
