Mandy Sharpe

Supervising Location Manager

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple

About the Speaker

Mandy Sharpe is a Supervising Location Manager, her recent credits include “The Gorge” for Skydance and DNA’s “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple”

Starting her career in the location department nearly two decades ago, Mandy’s first job was as a location assistant on Hollyoaks Later.  A unit manager role came quickly after that and she spent seven years learning her trade and working on hard hitting, cutting edge TV dramas in the North West and Yorkshire.

Her first foray into film was in 2010 when Emma Pill brought Marvel Studios to Manchester to film scenes for Captain America: The First Avenger.  After meeting more talented & brilliant location managers, opportunities to work in film, and combine that with her love to travel, came along and she moved around the UK and Europe to work on projects including Thor 2: The Dark World, Mission Impossible 5, Bourne 5, Transformers, Dunkirk & No Time to Die.
