Keren Aarons is Technical Director of Workerbee Post and R&D Lead for Banijay Post UK. With experience spanning factual TV, commercials, offline editing, and final post as an online editor and colourist, he brings broad expertise across production and post. Since 2019, he has led the expansion of Workerbee&rsquos infrastructure from two edit suites to a 70-suite, cloud-enabled facility while driving technical strategy and supporting creative teams.
