AN INDUSTRY LED AND LOCALISED APPROACH TO DEVELOPING THE PRODUCTION WORKFORCE
Sara Whybrew, Director of Skills and Workforce Development at the BFI, will be joined by colleagues from four of the BFI’s Skills Clusters: Resource Productions, Create Central, Screen Alliance North, and Northern Ireland Screen, to discuss the BFI’s Skills Review recommendation to support industry led and localised investment in training. Skills Clusters will each be showcasing a training strand from their locally responsive training programmes, whilst also exploring the need to promote good work practices alongside such initiatives.
