Dutch producer Floor Onrust (OCCUPIED CITY, MIDWINTER BREAK) will present a case study of feature film MIDWINTER BREAK followed by a discussion with UK co-producer Reece Cargan (MIDWINTER BREAK and WHERE DRAGONS LIVE)) and Anna Smith Tenser  (Executive Producer, Sir Steve McQueen’s new feature film BLITZ, and Producer of documentary feature OCCUPIED CITY). 
The producers will discuss the creative, cultural and financial benefits of Netherlands and UK partnerships and the significance of the signing of the MOU between the two countries.
