Based at Real SFX's headquarters, I lead the company’s training, recruitment, sustainability, and business development initiatives, working across all Real SFX sites, including Cardiff, Bristol and Birmingham. With a strong strategic vision I drive efforts to nurture talent, implement sustainable practices, and expand the company’s industry presence, which includes working closely with many training providers. A passionate champion for the Welsh and UK creative sectors, my expertise and commitment to excellence ensure that Real SFX stays at the cutting edge of innovation, delivering outstanding results while prioritising environmental responsibility and professional development. This has included our new industry leading initiative KIT4CREW. My leadership shapes new opportunities and plays a vital role in defining the future of special effects and Real SFX, and I am proud that Real SFX is listed on the 2025 BAFTA albert Suppliers Directory.
