Harvey is a game designer and developer based in London. He currently works as Games Lead at Hat Trick Productions, responsible for adaptations of some of their beloved TV IP and working with talented emerging video game studios developing exciting new comedy games. He runs his own indie game studio, Studio Morgan, releasing their first game, Morgan: Metal Detective in July 2025. He runs Good Game Dev Club, a monthly video game industry in London and regularly hosts fundraising events for Safe In Our World. He recently organised Good Game Dev Fest, a new games festival at Goldsmiths featuring talks from industry-leading speakers, games showcase and chamber quintet. He is Chair of the London chapter of the International Game Developer Association (IGDA), running regular events around London. He was awarded an MA in Video Game Design and Development from the National Film and Television School. Prior to changing careers, Harvey worked as a Technology Consultant at MMP Tax for 10 years and prior was awarded an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester.
