Andrew Baker is an award-winning Producer and founder of Cantilever Media, a UK based film and television production company. Cantilever Media&rsquos first animated theatrical feature film was &lsquoThe Amazing Maurice&rsquo, based on the award-winning book by Sir Terry Pratchett. The film stars Hugh Laurie, Emilia Clarke, David Thewlis, Himesh Patel, Gemma Arterton and David Tennant. &lsquoThe Amazing Maurice&rsquo has won several awards including a British Animation Award, &lsquoBest Animation&rsquo at Cartoons on the Bay, the &lsquoAudience Choice&rsquo Award at the Nantes Les Utopiales and premiered in the USA at the Sundance Film Festival (2023). Andrew Executive Produced &lsquoBadjelly&rsquo a 13 x 20&rsquo 2D animated series based on Spike Milligan&rsquos classic children&rsquos story which launched on ITVX in October 2025 and is currently co-producing a number of animated family features including &lsquoBollywoof&rsquo with Newscope Films, &lsquoThe Amazing Maurice 2&rsquo co-produced with Ulysses Films (Germany), &lsquoUnstable&rsquo co-produced with CarpeDiem Film & Tv (Canada) and &lsquoWed Wabbit&rsquo with Locksmith Animation.
