Andrew Baker is an award-winning Producer and founder of Cantilever Media, a UK based film and television production company.

Cantilever Media’s first animated theatrical feature film was ‘The Amazing Maurice’, based on the award-winning book by Sir Terry Pratchett.  The film stars Hugh Laurie, Emilia Clarke, David Thewlis, Himesh Patel, Gemma Arterton and David Tennant.  ‘The Amazing Maurice’  has won several awards including a British Animation Award, ‘Best Animation’ at Cartoons on the Bay, the ‘Audience Choice’ Award at the Nantes Les Utopiales and premiered in the USA at the Sundance Film Festival (2023). 
Andrew Executive Produced ‘Badjelly’ a 13 x 20’ 2D animated series based on Spike Milligan’s classic children’s story which launched on ITVX in October 2025 and is currently co-producing a number of animated family features including ‘Bollywoof’ with Newscope Films, ‘The Amazing Maurice 2’ co-produced with Ulysses Films (Germany), ‘Unstable’ co-produced with CarpeDiem Film & Tv (Canada); and ‘Wed Wabbit’ with Locksmith Animation.
