With a background producing international news in London and Northern Ireland, documentaries for Carlton Television and short films for the UK Film Council, Laura was awarded a scholarship to attend the NFTS' producing course in 2006. Whilst there she produced numerous films in addition to the course, including feature film Kin with Director Brian Welsh & Executive Producer Nik Powell.  After graduating Laura was chosen as one of Screen International’s Stars of Tomorrow, and went on to work in both production and development, and at BAFTA producing programming for the BBC & BAFTA in LA & the UK.  
 
As Line Producer Laura has worked on StudioCanal's Something In The Water, and Chork, directed by Shane Meadows, and as Co Producer on Broken English with directors Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard which premiered at Venice this year. 
 
Laura now works with Producer Liam Coutts & Director Joe Stephenson at B Good Picture Company after Co-Producing the Brian Epstein Biopic Midas Man with them in 2023.
