About Me

Roeland Oude Nijhuis (1978) is the Netherlands Film Commissioner, leading efforts to position the Netherlands as a top destination for international film and television production. Appointed in April 2024, he brings to the role a strong international outlook and a deep understanding of creative industries. As Film Commissioner, Roeland works to enhance the global visibility of Dutch audiovisual culture and facilitate international collaboration.
