Now in its 76th year, the Moab to Monument Valley Film Commission (MMVFC) is the longest-running film commission in the world, established in 1949. Based in the iconic red rock landscapes of Moab, Utah, the commission serves productions of all scales—motion pictures, commercials, fashion, reality, and episodic television—with full-service support across Grand and San Juan Counties.

The MMVFC acts as a fixer-style facilitator, connecting productions to local crew, vendors, locations, and community resources while advocating for Utah’s Rural Motion Picture Incentive Program.
The Commission is led by Bega Metzner, a Certified Film Commissioner and current Board Member of the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI). She is also a member of Film USA and a dedicated partner of the Location Managers Guild International (LMGI).
