The Department of Innovation, Industry, Trade and Tourism of the Valencian Government and Ciudad de la Luz Film Studios have launched the regional Film Commission to position it as a premium destination for audiovisual productions. With over 300 sunny days a year and a diverse range of natural and architectural locations, Valencian Community region offers competitive advantages, including attractive regional incentives.
The Film Commission will facilitate filming, boost film tourism, and collaborate with authorities to create tax incentives and streamline processes. Additionally, it will develop a location catalogue and connect production companies with local talent. It will also coordinate with Film Offices and promote sustainable filming practices.
