SOLDIERS ON SET LTD (SOS). We are a family-run company which provides military solutions for Film & TV. We specialise in people. All of our team are serving regulars, reservists or veterans from all branches of the Armed Forces. Despite being a relatively young company, we have supported some of the most exciting productions across the UK, from large Blockbusters to Band 4 HETV Drama, to independent features. No project is too big or too small. We pride ourselves on our values of Integrity, Enthusiasm, and Fierce Work Ethic. Everything we do has a personal touch. Our services include:

Special Action Performers (SPACT): Soldiers playing soldiers and other armed groups on camera. Our soldiers are a diverse group of incredible individuals who are experienced in weapon handling, combat skills, drill/marching and much more. Yes, these skills can be taught, but our soldiers have lived and breathed them.

Military Advisors: Hand-picked advisors who are experts in their field (e.g. modern-day warfare, historical conflicts, foreign military, snipers, bomb disposal, surveillance, interrogation, etc.). We are not a "one size fits all" solution. After careful consideration, the Military Advisors we provide are chosen specifically for the needs of your production.  Always at the heart of what we do is helping you to tell your story.

Logistical Support: Behind the camera we work alongside Locations teams and other depts to get onto challenging locations. Whether you are shooting in demanding environments, navigating tricky logistical problems, or you simply require strong backs as "kit humpers"; our soldiers will get you onto location in good time and in good order.

References and testimonials from our past productions are available on request. We also provide ex-servicemen and women opportunities to break into the industry. More information can be found on our website: https://www.soldiersonset.co.uk/.

We are at your service.
